NOLA

Adam and I spent the first weekend in December relaxing in New Orleans, LA. Our first stop after checking into the hotel...Cafe Du Monde for their famous beignets. All that powdered sugar so yummy...mmmmmmm




We then walked around town and checked out the French Quarter before we ate more food..





Next we sampled the Po'boys, these were Adam's soft shell crab Po'boys


We then lounged around a while before doing a bit of shopping and eating dinner.




Sunday we took the famous St. Charles Street Car down the line and back. We stopped off near Loyola and Audubon Park and Zoo where we walked around for a bit and had some lunch!



We finished our trip with a fabulous dinner at Commander's Palace and an excellent night sleep before having one last batch of beignets at Cafe Du Monde and heading home on Monday.

Harding Thanksgiving

Turkey day we spent in PA with the crazy Hardings....or lazy as the pictures will show you. As usual the holiday started out with food and ended with Dad passed out on the couch...good times!

Salerno Thanksgiving

The weekend before Thanksgiving Adam and I headed up to Newton, NJ to hang with the Salerno's for the weekend. Mike and Renate and the kiddies flew in from Seattle and it was great to see everyone again!
